By downloading or using GoIPTV Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The App Is a Media Player Only

GoIPTV Pro is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any IPTV subscriptions, TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or other media content. The app contains no content by default and functions only to play streams from a source that you provide.

2. Your Responsibility for Content

You must supply your own IPTV source, such as your Xtream Codes login. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any source and content you access is legally obtained and that you have the right to use it. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorized to view.

3. No Affiliation With Content Providers

We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any IPTV provider, channel, or content you may choose to play through the app. Any disputes regarding your subscription or content must be resolved with your own provider.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app.
  • Do not use the app to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The GoIPTV Pro app, name, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every source or device. Playback quality depends on your own source and internet connection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues related to content accessed through sources you provide.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
